Refund & Cancellation Policy

At IPTV UK, we want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase. However, because our service is a digital streaming product with overhead costs per connection, we have strict guidelines regarding refunds.

1. The free trial

We strongly encourage all new customers to use our Free trial before purchasing a subscription. This allows you to test our channels, VOD library, and server stability on your specific device and internet connection to ensure complete satisfaction. Because we offer this free trial, we operate a strict refund policy on paid subscriptions.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. All IPTV UK subscriptions are pre-paid. We do not use auto-renewing contracts. When you cancel, your service will simply remain active until the end of your currently paid billing period. At the end of the term, your account will expire.

3. Eligible Refund Conditions

We will issue a full or prorated refund only under the following specific circumstances:

  • Severe Service Failure: If our main servers experience an outage lasting more than 48 continuous hours, and our technical team cannot resolve it.
  • Accidental Duplicate Charge: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period due to a gateway error.
  • Within 3 Days (For Annual Plans Only): If you purchase a 12-month plan and experience insurmountable technical issues that our support team cannot fix within the first 3 days (72 hours) of your purchase.

4. Non-Eligible Refund Conditions

We will not issue refunds for:

  • Internet Provider Throttling: If your ISP blocks or throttles IPTV traffic (we advise using a VPN).
  • User Hardware/Software Issues: If your Smart TV, Firestick, or app is malfunctioning or outdated.
  • Change of Mind: If you simply decide you no longer want the service after purchasing (this is why we offer a free trial).
  • Account Suspension: If your account is suspended for violating the terms of service, such as using a single connection on multiple devices simultaneously.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on Section 3, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your account username and proof of payment. Our technical team must first attempt to resolve your issue before a refund is processed. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
